We were honored to host our mentor, Mr. T. N. Manoharan, a luminary in the field of Chartered Accountancy and recipient of the prestigious Padma Shri award. Renowned for his leadership as the former President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and his pivotal role in the revival of Satyam Computer Services, Mr. Manoharan has left an indelible mark on corporate governance and public service in India, as well as professional education and mentorship to countless aspiring students & leaders worldwide. During his visit, he delivered an inspiring talk to all MCAces, emphasizing core values critical for achieving success in exams, career and beyond.
Mr. Manoharan spoke about the “3 Is”—Interest, Intelligence, and Involvement—stressing that true success begins with a passion for what one does, harnessing one’s innate intelligence, and giving unwavering commitment to every endeavor. Equally important were the “3 Ps”—Planning, Preparation (including consistent practice), and Perseverance—which together form the foundation of effective execution and lasting progress in any field.
