Foreign Business Taxability | UAE Corporate Tax

UAE Corporate Tax Law has been released on 9th December 2022. MCA is planning to release insights into the various key aspects of the new UAE Corporate Tax Law for the benefit of its clients. The Fourth snippet which is being released is on “Foreign Business Taxability”. Overseas entities or foreign nationals doing business in the UAE may be subject to UAE corporate tax. If subject to corporate tax in the UAE, foreign business would be required to undertake the UAE corporate tax compliances viz registration, tax return filing, tax payment etc. For tax return filing, foreign business is permitted to appoint & take expert assistance of a tax agent.
