One of the most popular festivals of Kerala, Onam is a grand event celebrated everywhere by Malayalis with great enthusiasm. The ten-day festival is marked by designing floral carpets (pookalam) at households and workplaces, donning traditional clothes and enjoying the sumptuous traditional feast (onasadya).
At MCA, our diverse staff came together to celebrate Onam in all its grandeur. Our offices were bedecked by colorful floral carpets and traditional lamps, presenting a regal welcome. The indispensable sadya was a lively get-together for everyone at MCA and the high spot of marking Kerala’s Onam cultural celebrations!
