Onam across MCA was a beautiful celebration of culture, camaraderie and togetherness. Our spaces came alive with vibrant décor and intricate pookalams, while our MCAces came together in traditional attire to share laughter, warmth and a wonderful Sadya.
But beyond the festivities, there was something far more meaningful.
For a moment, designations, departments and roles took a back seat. What stood at the forefront was people — coming together as one team, one family and One MCA.
Because a strong organisation is built not only on performance and purpose, but also on a culture where people feel connected, valued and proud to belong.
The flowers and pookalams created the ambience.
The traditions brought us together.
But it was our MCAces who made the celebration truly special.
