Manish has over 27 years’ international consulting and Corporate experience. His areas of expertise include strategy formulation, performance management using the balanced scorecard, process improvement, project management, stakeholders management, and strategic HR initiatives.

Qualification: He is a postgraduate in Management from NMIMS-Mumbai and Mechanical engineer from MIT-Manipal, India

Experience: Manish has been a Partner with Transform Management Consulting and Cedar Management Consulting, and was instrumental is setting up and managing their Middle East practices. Manish managed various consulting assignments related to business turnaround including growth oriented business strategy, Balanced Scorecard, process improvement, IT and HR aspects of the business. Manish was also the Director of Strategic Planning & Performance Management (SPPM) with the Khalifa Fund for Enterprise Development, Abu Dhabi Government’s SME agency, where he set up and managed the SPPM department and Project Management Office (PMO). He assisted the Board and CEO in development of the strategic plan and implementation using the Balanced Scorecard, while cascading the corporate BSC into departments and key individuals. The scorecards were tracked monthly, with quarterly reporting to the Board. He led corporate initiatives through the PMO, evaluated setting up an investment fund, process improvement, SOPs, industry value chain studies, impact report, IT and HR initiatives.
