Jamuna Muralidharan

Jamuna is the Director leading HR Advisory and Transformation at MCA. She is a Senior HR Leader with over 35 years of experience in the industry across diverse roles & geographies. She has handled many clients in Asia, Europe and UAE in their People strategy and execution across multiple sectors spanning across Retail, Government Organisations, FMCG etc.

Qualification: She is an MBA in Human Resources from India; A Certified 360 facilitator and Coach – Designed by Korn Ferry and a Change Management professional from IMD – Lausanne, Switzerland

Experience: She leverages her strong foundation in Finance to and has built HR strategies that create value for the investors and business leaders. She has designed and implemented various interventions in Rewards, Organisation design and development, HR Transformation, Talent strategies & Productivity. She has led HR Transformation project globally covering 200,000+ employees. She has designed and implemented many initiatives to enhance productivity and optimise people costs in various geographies in Asia.

Expertise: Designing and deploying strategies on Organisation Structure, Workforce planning, Employee Engagement, Competency & Capability Building, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Diversity and Inclusion,  HR Operations, HR Digitalisation. She is a trained Change Management specialist and a certified Coach.

Geographies Covered: Experience in South Asia Region, Malaysia, Singapore, GCC, Switzerland. She led Transformation projects across Asia, America, Africa and Europe, as part of the Global HR team.
