She has designed and implemented various interventions in Rewards, Organisation design and development, HR Transformation, Talent strategies & Productivity. She has led HR Transformation project globally covering 200,000+ employees. She has designed and implemented many initiatives to enhance productivity and optimise people costs in various geographies in Asia.
