Over 25 years of professional experience in financial advisory, valuations, transaction advisory, feasibility studies, and wealth management. As Director – Oman at MCA, Shilpa leads strategic initiatives, client relationships, and advisory projects focused on sustainable, value-driven outcomes.
Previously served as Wealth Advisor at Ahli Bank, Oman.

Earlier, she headed Transaction Advisory Services at H.C. Shah Chartered Accountants, leading valuation, feasibility, and VAT implementation mandates.
She also serves as Convener of the Managing Committee at ISWK Cambridge International, fostering educational excellence and governance.
