Mohammed Al-Amro is a SOCPA-licensed CPA with over 12 years of experience in audit, assurance, governance, risk management, and financial reporting. His career spans both industry and Big 4 environments, including roles with the Capital Market Authority, a major PIF-owned real estate development company, KPMG in the United States, and KPMG Saudi Arabia.

He is known for his strong technical expertise in IFRS and Saudi GAAP, leadership in audit and assurance engagements, and hands-on experience in governance, compliance, and management controls across diverse industries. Mohammed has supported organisations through complex audits, regulatory reviews, capital markets requirements, and specialized certifications such as ICV, LCC, and TP.

His professional background includes serving multinational clients, SMEs, and government-linked entities across sectors such as construction, investment management, manufacturing, healthcare, retail, education, technology, travel, and trading.

Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting (Australia)
