Shruti Kalyani

Shruti Kalyani is a Chartered Accountant (ICAI & ICAEW) with over 22 years of experience in internal audit, cost control, financial management, and governance across the construction, manufacturing, trading, and consulting sectors. She has held senior roles leading audit, compliance, and cost-control functions, including serving as Head of Internal Audit and Cost Control at a major construction group, where she oversaw group-wide audits, risk assessments, and cost governance for large-scale projects.

From 2019 to 2024, Shruti served as a Board Member of the Bahrain Public Transport Company, contributing to the Executive, Steering, Budget, and Health & Safety Committees. In these roles, she supported strategic decision-making, regulatory compliance, and financial oversight, enhancing governance and operational efficiency.

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (ICAI & ICAEW)

Experience: Senior leadership roles in internal audit, cost control, governance, and board-level financial oversight across multiple sectors.
